Heather Marie Robinson, a devoted nurse, Navy veteran, loving mother, and cherished member of her community, has passed away following a tragic motorcycle accident on Friday, September 4, 2026, in Cortland. She was 42 years old.
Born on June 29, 1984, in Warren, Ohio, Heather was known for her bright personality, adventurous spirit, and selfless heart. Those who knew her described her as someone who brought energy, honesty, and laughter wherever she went. Her intelligence, courage, and compassion shaped the way she lived and the many lives she touched.
Heather graduated from Southeast High School in 2003 before continuing her education in healthcare. She earned her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from ECPI University and later became a Registered Nurse (RN) after completing her studies at Fortis Institute. Her nursing career reflected her passion for helping others, as she dedicated herself to caring for patients with kindness, skill, and understanding.
Before her career in nursing, Heather proudly served four years in the United States Navy in Norfolk, Virginia. Her military service demonstrated her dedication, discipline, and willingness to take on challenges with strength and determination.
Beyond her professional achievements, Heather was deeply devoted to her family. She was the daughter of Wayne and Cathy Robinson and the sister of Justin Robinson (Stephanie) and Adam Robinson. She was a loving aunt to Carter, Shiann, and Josie Robinson, and a caring mother to Karmin and Skyler Ainsworth.
Heather enjoyed motorcycle riding with friends, embracing the freedom and adventure that came with exploring the open road. She also loved home improvement projects, showing her creativity and practical nature through the work she enjoyed doing.
Friends, family, and those who worked alongside Heather will remember her for her compassion, humor, courage, and ability to make people feel valued. Whether caring for patients, spending time with loved ones, or sharing adventures with friends, Heather left a lasting impression on everyone around her.
Though her life ended far too soon, Heather’s legacy of service, love, and kindness will continue through the family she cherished, the patients she cared for, and the countless people whose lives she influenced.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls, Ohio. At 4:45 p.m., the Nurse Honor Guard of Trumbull County Delta XI will recognize Heather for her dedication and service.
A celebration of life will take place at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the VFW, located at 433 Arlington Blvd., Newton Falls, OH 44444.
Heather Marie Robinson will be remembered with love, respect, and gratitude by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
