Campbell was discovered deceased inside a burned vehicle in a wooded area last week, prompting an investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). On Friday, September 11, officers from the Lanark County OPP and members of the Mississippi Mills Fire Department responded to reports of a vehicle fire in a wooded area near Ramsay Concession 12. Emergency crews arrived shortly before 5:15 p.m., where they found Campbell inside the vehicle.
